Every dollar goes into the building.

We own our building outright, with no mortgage. That is unusual, and it matters: your gift does not go toward buying real estate or servicing debt. It goes into turning a 14,000 square foot empty building into fifteen apartments for mothers and their children.

The design is done. The contractors have priced the work. We are raising the $5.5 million to build it — and running a pilot apartment in the meantime, so that the day the doors open we already know how to do this.
